EXPERIENCE

Thomas is an associate at our Toledo, Ohio office who focuses on Civil Litigation and Extended Care Facility Defense. During law school, Thomas served as the Managing Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review and was responsible for shepherding over thirty academic articles through all stages of the publication process.
 

Thomas has published an article titled Rejecting Historical Cell Site Location Information as Unreliable Under Daubert and Rule 702, which advocates for the rejection of expert testimony concerning a person’s past location based on their cell phone records.
