Anspach Law is seeking an associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience, licensed to practice in Ohio.

 

Candidates with experience in business transactions, corporate law, estate planning, federal and state tax compliance should apply. Must be able to draft transactional documents and negotiate commercial contracts.

 

Qualified applicants are eligible for our benefits program, including medical insurance, dental/vision, participation in the firm’s life insurance policy, and 401(k).  Pay is commensurate with the applicant’s experience and includes a signing bonus, paid during the first pay period after starting with the firm. Motivated applicants should expect rapid advancement in the firm.

 

Anspach Law was established in 1986,  located in Toledo, Ohio. Our attorneys represent clients in civil litigation, estate planning, corporate law, tax law, and estate planning throughout the country.   In September 2020, the firm moved into its new location in the heart of downtown Toledo. The home office now overlooks the Toledo Mud Hens’ main entrance. Anspach Law looks forward to continued growth in the coming years.
