legal ethics

Legal ethics must remain at the forefront of every attorney’s mind. Our ethics rules guide us in making decisions each day regarding our interactions with our clients, the courts, the public, and each other. Some of those decisions can be very difficult, involving complex conflicts of interest issues, attorney-client privilege and confidentiality concerns, the handling of client funds, and even consulting on the identification of which legal arguments to include in a brief.

At Anspach Meeks Ellenberger, LLP, we help individual attorneys, law firms and even bar associations make those decisions and successfully manage the complex problems that arise in every law practice.  Competent legal ethics advice is critical in both avoiding legal ethics problems before they arise and in dealing with disciplinary actions after they have.  Our legal ethics practice group has represented attorneys in all facets of their practice, from licensure issues to setting up or winding down their practices.
