On May 27, 2015, Katie M. Ireland, Esq., of our Buffalo, New York Office will be presenting a CLE on New York’s new redaction rules that became effective on March 1, 2015, in the New York Supreme Court, New York’s trial court.

These new rules require personal information to be removed from documents filed with the court. The CLE will discuss the new rules and how to properly protect this information before filing documents.  This is the first time the subject will be presented by the Bar Association of Erie County.  The CLE will be moderated by Elizabeth M. Midgley, Esq., a partner in our Buffalo Office.  An information flyer can be found at the following link:  New Youk's Redaction Rules.
