Glenn has been practicing law since 1980, with his primary practice areas of estate planning and administration; federal, state, and local taxation (personal, partnership, fiduciary, and corporate); and partnership, corporate and general business law.

Glenn has been admitted to practice or appeared before the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Tax court, the Supreme Court of Ohio, the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, the Common Pleas Court of Lucas County (general and probate divisions) the Internal Revenue service and the Ohio Department of Taxation.

Prior to embarking on a career in the practice of law, Glenn was engaged in the practice of accountancy as a certified public accountant.
