Experience
Mike graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2003. He was admitted to practice in 2003. Mike is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Mike focused his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims for both self-insuring and state-funded employers.

Mike’s practice now consists primarily of railroad litigation and various other types of civil litigation including workers' and unemployment compensation defense.

Mike has participated in numerous Federal Employers Liability Act cases, three of which have been tried to juries. Two resulted in defense verdicts for the firm's clients while the third netted a very favorable result.
