Experience
Randy is a 1998 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Ronald Bowman (Ret.) in the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas while attending law school.

Upon his admission to the Ohio Bar, Randy joined the Ohio Attorney General’s Office in the Environmental Enforcement Section representing the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. He successfully represented both agencies before Ohio’s state and federal courts on a variety of matters involving environmental, constitutional, real property, contract, and employment law.

He joined the firm in 2004 and engages in a diverse practice including railroad law, insurance defense, environmental law, product liability, general civil litigation, debt collection, domestic relations and personal injury.

Randy is admitted to practice in Ohio and Michigan state Federal Courts.
