Experience
Nathan is a 1998 graduate of Ohio University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and a Bachelor of Administration in economics. Upon graduation, Nathan worked as a commercial lines insurance underwriter for three years. He returned to school and obtained his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo in 2004. Nathan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Toledo College of Law, and served as Assistant Managing Editor for the University of Toledo, Law Review.

Nathan’s practice is evenly split between litigation defense work and transactional work consisting of estate planning and various business transactional work. He is licensed to practice in all Ohio State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern District of Ohio and the Northern District of Indiana.
