Experience
David is a 1987 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He is a Registered Professional Nurse since 1980.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at the law firm of O’Shea, Reynolds & Cummings in Buffalo, New York.

His practice consists of hospital liability, medial malpractice, toxic tort, municipal liability, and personal injury litigation.

Since 2003, David has been a guest lecturer for D'Youville College Physician Assistant Program, lecturing on Medical Malpractice Prevention.

He is licensed to practice in New York and has successfully tried numerous cases in the New York court system.
