Experience
De has been trying cases on all levels since 1962 and was named Defense Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2000. He has served on the Ethics and Judiciary Committees of the Bar Association of Erie County. He served in the 82nd Airborne Division from 1953-1955.

Prior to joining the firm as Of Counsel, he was a partner in the firm of O’Shea Reynolds & Cummings in Buffalo. He has served on numerous Arbitration Panels and has successfully mediated many disputes. He is admitted to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, the Western New York U.S. District Court, and the Supreme Court of New York. He is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell directory with a rating of AV.
