Experience
Daria is a 1998 graduate of Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law. Her practice consists primarily of railroad defense in state and federal courts, including claims under FELA along with some insurance defense and other general defense litigation.

Daria authored “SEPTA: Politics of Disclosure,” which was published in the Ohio Northern University Journal of Pharmacy & Law in the Spring of 1997.

Daria is licensed to practice in New York and Ohio. She is experienced in concluding matters via alternative means of dispute resolution, including arbitration panels and mediation.
