Randy joined the firm in 2004 and is a Partner.  His practice involves representing skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in matters involving patient care claims and regulatory compliance; commercial litigation; business formation and transactions; and family law.  Randy has trial experience in Ohio state and federal courts.

While enrolled in law school at the University of Toledo, College of Law, Randy served as a bailiff and judicial law clerk to the Honorable J. Ronald Bowman in the Lucas County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas, General Trial Division.  Upon his admission to the Ohio bar, Randy joined the Ohio Attorney General’s Office serving in the Environmental Enforcement Section representing the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Division of Air Pollution Control and also the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and its many divisions.

Randy is a member of the Toledo Bar Association’s Pro Bono Advisory Board and supervises Anspach Law’s participation in the Lucas County Juvenile Court Pro Se Clinic.  Randy also serves on the Grievance Committee of the Toledo Bar Association.
