For individuals and their families, and particularly for the affluent with their particular and complex wealth preservation and transfer issues, Dale focuses his practice in the areas of tax, estate, trust and succession planning. For businesses, Dale focuses primarily on issues related to entity formation, transfer and succession; and on the various transactional issues in the legal, administrative, tax and regulatory environments impacting ownership and operation of the same.
Dale was originally from Toledo, but moved to Bryan OH in 1994, where he and his wife currently reside. Dale was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in November 1991. Dale left the practice of law in 2001, joining the then tenth largest bank in the United States, as Senior Trust Administrator. In 2004, Dale joined a community bank in Northwest Ohio in the same capacity. In 2014, Dale worked as a private consultant until joining Anspach, Meeks & Ellenberger LLP in September 2017.
