Experience

John’s experience includes over 15 years as a mediator in US District Court Southern Division, and as an arbitrator and private mediator in Ohio. John has tried numerous cases to jury verdict throughout Ohio. Over the years he has been a lecturer for CLE programs and a speaker and author on topics such as preventing legal malpractice, civil defense issues, updates on tort law in Ohio, and has participated in mock trials for legal professional organizations.
