Mark McGhee is Of Counsel working out of our Charleston, West Virginia office. He is married with two daughters.
Following law school, Mark clerked for the Honorable Thomas C. Evans, III, Chief Judge of West Virginia’s Fifth Circuit. In 2002, he entered private practice defending lawsuits in all parts of West Virginia, with a focus on high exposure personal injury and insurance coverage matters. An accomplished legal writer, he has prepared briefs filed in the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, and the Kentucky Supreme Court.
Before his legal practice, Mark taught and was a higher education administrator at colleges in Kentucky and Ohio.
